About the Open Call
Studio Luce is a writing retreat and artist residency program based in Guatemala. It is hosted in Villa Rosa, in the small fishing village of El Paredón on the Pacific coast of Guatemala. It looks to support, promote and inspire creatives, offering an accessible way to work on their art, while also encouraging positive tourism within the community. The 2026 open call includes multiple sessions for both writing and artist residencies throughout the year.
