About the Open Call

The Hugo Burge Foundation's 2026 grant program supports creative work across three categories: Creative Education (up to £15,000 for youth-focused projects), Creative Communities (up to £15,000 for cultural/creative local initiatives), and Creative Individuals (up to £5,000 for project/practice development). Applications are managed via Submittable. The foundation also offers an access support fund of £7,000 to assist applicants facing barriers.

Requirements

Applicants must be based in the United Kingdom. Creative Education and Community applicants may need to demonstrate 30% alternative funding if requesting over £10,000. Access support is available for Deaf, disabled, or neurodivergent applicants.
