The residency program seeks to recruit 5–6 international visiting artists or scholars to engage in cross-media and cross-cultural exploration. The program takes place from November 1 to December 15, 2026. Participants are expected to engage in teaching or public lectures, maintain an active artistic practice, donate two artworks for permanent collection, and participate in local exhibitions and community activities.
Selected participants receive a minimum project grant of RMB 8,000, round-trip airfare, accommodation, exhibition support, networking opportunities with local artists, and media promotion.
Must have teaching experience at a university or art institution; maintain active artistic practice; ability to organize public events; fluent in English; commit to the full residency period; willingness to donate two artworks for permanent collection.
