About the Open Call
The Liu Shiming Artist Grants support early career visual artists. Applicants must have received a studio arts degree between 2016 and 2024, or had their debut show at a gallery or juried art exhibition between 2016 and 2026. The application and all supporting materials must be submitted in English.
What is Offered
Grant award of $5,000 disbursed in two payments: $3,000 on January 15, 2027 and $2,000 upon project completion.
Requirements
Applicants must be early career visual artists with a degree in studio arts (2016-2024) or a debut gallery/juried exhibition (2016-2026). Must submit in English.
