About the Open Call

Centro de Artes invites proposals for exhibitions starting in 2028. Submissions are open to emerging and established Latino artists, curators, arts and cultural organizations, and community groups working across all disciplines. Proposals are evaluated by the Centro de Artes Committee based on artistic merit and curatorial experience. The application involves a mandatory Intent to Apply phase before the final submission.

How to Apply

Complete a two-step process: 1) Submit an Intent to Apply via the GO Smart portal (https://sanantonio.gosmart.org/) between January 20 and March 6, 2026. 2) If eligible, submit the full exhibition application by April 10, 2026, via the same portal.
