2027 Artist-in-Residence Application

About the Open Call

The residency offers space and time to engage deeply with the living systems of Jalama Canyon Ranch, encouraging artists to create work that reflects and responds to place-based regenerative land stewardship. The program runs from March to November 2027 with stays ranging from 6 weeks up to 3 months.

What is Offered

Cozy onsite cabin, outdoor kitchen, artist's studio space, living and materials stipend, and travel reimbursement.

Requirements

Applicants must be residents of the United States. No pets allowed.
