Grand Canyon Conservancy
Selected artists will live and work on site at the South Rim of Grand Canyon for 4-8 weeks while pursuing the completion of a project on site. The program is committed to supporting a broad range of voices, especially those frequently underrepresented, to deepen public and community understanding of the park's historical, cultural, and environmental significance.
Artists receive a weekly stipend of $800, a travel subsidy of $500, up to $300 for project supplies, free private or shared accommodations, special park access, staff support, and marketing exposure.
Applicants must be 18 years or older, proficient in English, and legally able to work in the United States. Must provide project proposal, short bio, artist statement, and portfolio of 5-20 work samples.
Applications must be submitted via the Call for Entry portal. Materials cannot be submitted via email or after the deadline.
