About the Open Call

The KCCUK invites applications from emerging artists who are shaping the future of contemporary art, specifically those who have graduated from UK art schools or reside in the UK. The program aims to discover talents for the 2027 group exhibition, showcasing experimental and creative practices. Selected artists receive exhibition space, promotional support, and a participation fee of £250.

What is Offered

Exhibition space, invigilation, opening event, certificate of participation, promotional support, and a £250 participation fee per selected artist.

Requirements

Applicants must be of Korean nationality or heritage, 18+, have graduated from a UK art school or currently reside in the UK, and have exhibited at least once previously. All work must be from the past 5 years. Artists are responsible for production, transportation, and installation costs.

Submit a single PDF file (max 7MB) including artist biography, portfolio (up to 5 works), and artwork statement to kccuk.opencall@gmail.com.
