52 Views of Cancer: A Call for Art from Cancer Patients and Survivors

About the Open Call

Invenra is producing an art-forward playing card deck where each of the 52 cards features original artwork from individuals touched by cancer. Selected artists receive a $1,000 honorarium and will have their work featured in a deck distributed at scientific conferences and on a companion website. The project seeks authentic expression; technical perfection is not required. Open to cancer patients, survivors, and immediate family members (aged 13+).

What is Offered

$1,000 honorarium for selected artists, plus artist credit, website profile, and copies of the deck.

Requirements

Artists must be cancer patients, survivors, or immediate family members aged 13 or older. Artwork must be an original creation, no AI-generated work, and reproducible for a playing card size (approx 2.5" x 3.5"). High-res digital files (300 DPI, min 2400 x 3600 pixels) and an artist statement are required.
