About the Open Call

Spiral Flow: Discover the wisdom of movement. In my classes, movement is not just about strength or flexibility but about deeply understanding the body and how it functions. Through the study of anatomy and biomechanics, we will learn to move more efficiently by harnessing gravity, inertia, and balance. By understanding how we interact with space and how to use our bodies ergonomically, we optimize energy, reduce muscular effort, and unlock new movement possibilities.

Professional development and skill enhancement in Acro-Dance through intensive workshops focusing on anatomy, biomechanics, and efficient movement principles.

Requirements

Participants are required to provide their email, name, surname, place of residence, and describe their dance experience (in 2 lines). Optional information includes experience in other artistic or sport disciplines, Instagram name, telephone, and DNI/passport number. Acceptance of the cancellation policy is mandatory.

How to Apply

Applicants must complete the Google Form, which requires signing in to a Google account to save progress. Payment for the workshop fee is made via bank transfer to IBAN: ES47 0081 0900 8000 0334 3240, SWIFT: BSABESBBXXX (Holder: José Nebot Muns). International transfers should be free of bank commissions. The transfer concept must include 'nombre y apellido + Nikita'. Participants must also read and accept the cancellation policy.
