About the Open Call

Step into an extraordinary opportunity to learn from the highest echelon of ballet. The ArtéBallét (AÉBI) Winter Intensive brings together principal dancers, acclaimed choreographers, and internationally renowned educators to share their artistry and expertise in an intimate, boutique setting. Featuring stars of Dutch National Ballet, distinguished Prix de Lausanne faculty, and celebrated international guest artists, this exclusive program offers dancers a rare chance to refine their technique and artistry. Every aspect of the intensive is carefully curated to provide a concentrated focus on high-quality ballet training, classical variations and repertoire, contemporary technique, and contemporary repertoire. With the elegance of live music enriching nearly every class, participants will be immersed in a rich, inspiring atmosphere where discipline meets artistry. The program concludes with an intimate studio performance, allowing dancers to share their growth and artistry in a refined setting that reflects the boutique character of the intensive. The program offers world-class faculty with personal mentorship, daily immersive training with live musical accompaniment, a boutique, immersive, and curated program structure, and limited class sizes ensuring individualized attention. Faculty includes Uri Eugenio (Modern-Jazz Technique/Repertoire) and Didy Veldman (Contemporary Technique/Choreolab).

4 Days of Refined Ballet Training, Daily Ballet Classes with Esteemed Faculty, Classical Variations & Repertoire, Contemporary Technique, Contemporary Repertoire, Live Musical Accompaniment, Studio Performance, Daily fresh herbal tea & water.

Requirements

Dancers aged 14 and older. Open to professional and pre-professional dancers, advanced vocational students, and dedicated advanced recreational dancers. Audition is required for all applicants, except for professional dancers who meet specific criteria and can provide credentials/degree.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit required photos along with their application form. Audition photos include a recent headshot, demi-plié in first position, tendu à la seconde, first arabesque en l’air, and à la seconde en l’air. Professional dancers who meet minimum requirements, hold a dance degree, or have a professional career in the field are not required to audition and should contact info@arteballetintensive.com for further instructions. Upon acceptance, an official enrollment link and tuition invoice will be sent to secure your place.
