Bunnell Street Arts Center
Bunnell Street Arts Center's Alaska AIR residency program invites artists to create new work and strengthen the social, physical, and economic fabric of Homer. Residencies are generally one month long, scheduled between October 2027 and April 2028. The program seeks to address themes such as accessibility, inclusion, sustainability, and community well-being. Selected artists receive a $2000 stipend, a $250 materials stipend, travel support, and lodging. Applicants are expected to provide an artist talk and a community engagement component.

Applicant must submit 1-5 work samples (images, audio, or video), resume, artist statement, and project proposal. Minimum of 3 work samples required. Writers may submit up to 10 pages of writing as a PDF.
