About the Open Call

The Aspire course is a professional development programme led by curator Ricardo Reverón Blanco, offering hands-on insight into curating, fundraising, and collaboration. It is designed to support early-career creatives in building the skills and confidence needed to realise an exhibition. Applications are particularly encouraged from individuals who have faced barriers to accessing opportunities in the arts, including those with disabilities, from the global majority, from low socio-economic backgrounds, and those holding protected characteristics underrepresented in the creative sector.

Requirements

Applicants must be emerging artists or curators and should be from underrepresented and underserved backgrounds.
