Corridor
Corridor seeks a socially-engaged artist working with moving image/lens-based media to collaborate with LGBTQIA+ youth (aged 15-26) in Adur to produce new moving image and mixed media works. The project marks the 60th anniversary of Věra Chytilová's 'Daisies' (1966) and involves workshops, creation of final works, and public exhibition. Applicants must have participatory experience, the right to work in the UK, and be resident in the UK. The role requires a DBS check, public liability insurance, and participation in mentor sessions.
Artist fee of £4,200 (inclusive of VAT), plus travel and an additional budget for materials, workshops, and production.
Must have legal right to work in the UK, be resident in the UK, be over 18, possess public liability insurance, and experience with youth/safeguarding is required (DBS check mandatory).
