About the Open Call
ASEF LinkUp is a meeting ground for arts, government, and public sector representatives to share and learn for reciprocal cultural exchange. The 2026 Lab occurs in three phases: online pre-sessions (Oct-Nov 2026), an in-person Lab in Ljubljana (23-27 Nov 2026), and follow-up online sessions. We are seeking mid-career cultural practitioners, arts managers, academics, curators, and researchers from ASEM partner countries who are committed to deepening Asia-Europe collaborations.
What is Offered
Participation in a 3-phase cultural diplomacy lab involving online sessions and an in-person exchange in Ljubljana.
Requirements
Applicants must be mid-career cultural practitioners, arts managers, academics, curators, researchers, or representatives from arts organizations. Must hold citizenship in an ASEM partner country and demonstrate passion for international cultural exchange.
