About the Open Call

Eastleigh Borough Council is inviting submissions from Artists or an Artist Collective to develop and deliver a Public Art Commission at Suffolk Drive Open Space in Chandler’s Ford. The Council welcomes proposals from across the creative disciplines including interdisciplinary approaches. The project will mark the 90th anniversary of the temporary camp set up by local volunteers to house 3862 child refugees from the Basque region during the Spanish Civil War.

Public art commission opportunity funded by developer contributions and Chandler’s Ford Parish Council.
