MERITA Platform
The European Platform MERITA – where chamber Music, cultural hERItage and TAlent meet – is opening its second edition, MERITAcubed (2025–2029). This call is open to professional chamber music ensembles (22 string quartets + 22 piano trios) for members under 36 years of age. Selected ensembles will join a unique international platform and gain access to outstanding opportunities for artistic growth, networking, and international circulation. MERITAcubed is coordinated by Le Dimore del Quartetto (Milan, Italy) and gathers 19 organisations from 16 countries (soon to be 22 – one more from different countries will join the consortium each year), enhancing the visibility and circulation of chamber music ensembles while connecting them with European cultural heritage.
Selected ensembles will receive training and mentoring by international experts, develop and perform a special project on one of 6 inspiring topics, take part in a 5-day artistic residency in a European historic house with a test concert, use innovative tools on the MERITA digital platform, gain access to a professional network of international cultural institutions, be promoted and presented on the MERITA Platform to international concert organizers, perform internationally with at least 3 paid concerts in Europe, and have the opportunity to be selected for one of the 4 extra-EU concerts in the United States, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia.

Required documents include: Professional CV of the ensemble, a short presentation video, links to recent performance videos (no older than 2 years), ensemble photographs, ID documents for all members, a Monitoring and Evaluation Google form, and optionally, letters of endorsement or any additional relevant material.
