About the Open Call

Braiding Indigeneity invites photographers, artists, and visual storytellers to revisit how images construct identity, land, and relational memory. Selected participants will join a hybrid workshop integrated into the FUTURES Hub program in Paris, engaging in collaborative image analysis, reciprocal critique, and public auditory sessions. The collective outcomes will be published as a permanent exhibition on dergreif.org in November 2026. Participants must be available to be in Paris on November 14, 2026.

What is Offered

12-16 selected artists will participate in a collaborative workshop in Paris and have their work featured in an online exhibition.

Requirements

Participants must be available to attend the workshop in Paris on November 14, 2026. Travel and accommodation are not covered.
