Call for applications: North Wales Contemporary Craft Fair 2025

About the Open Call

The North Wales Contemporary Craft Fair will return to Mostyn in Llandudno, North Wales, on Saturday the 4th of October 2025. The fair will take place over two gallery spaces, project space and the building’s entrance. It is an opportunity for artists, designers and makers from all over the UK to present work for sale. Applications are open to individual artists, makers, designers, studios, groups, collectives or art material suppliers. The building is fully accessible and admission is free. A stall costs £95 per table. 1x table and 1x chair will be supplied. Spaces are allocated at the discretion of Mostyn. Wall space is optional and subject to availability. Stallholders must supply their own tools, table coverings, props, and displays. Set up is from 7:30 AM on the day of the fair. Trading hours are 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Stalls must be set up within allocated parameters and not cause obstruction. No electricity or generators will be provided. Stallholders are responsible for clearing their stalls by 6:00 PM. The nearest car park is Llandudno Train Station. All work must be original and made using traditional or contemporary craft-related methods. Applications will be reviewed based on quality, consistency, pricing, and variety. No commission will be charged on sales. Stallholders must provide evidence of their own public liability insurance and adhere to health and safety requirements. Fees must be paid in advance by Monday, September 1, 2025. Stall fees are non-refundable. Mostyn is not responsible for loss or damage to property or stock. Mostyn reserves the right to remove offensive, inappropriate, or dangerous content or stalls.

What is Offered

Opportunity to sell work at a contemporary craft fair, with 1x table and 1x chair provided. No commission is charged on sales.

How to Apply

Complete the form HERE and email 4x High-Res / good quality images of your work/merchandise (optional - 1x image of previous stall) to barry@mostyn.org (wetransfer, dropbox etc also accepted). Submit both by 5pm on Friday the 15th of August 2025. Applications without supporting images will not be processed.
