About the Open Call

As part of the CreArt network, the City of Clermont-Ferrand is organizing a two-month residency for 3 visual artists at Chalet Lecoq. It will select 2 artists from the CreArt network and 1 from Clermont-Ferrand. The residency provides a two-bedroom apartment and a workspace. Candidates are selected by a jury of contemporary art professionals with attention to work that explores forms of connection.

What is Offered

Residency grant of 3,000 EUR for the two-month period, 600 EUR for production costs, and travel reimbursement for European artists (up to 500 EUR).

Requirements

Must be born or resident in specific CreArt network cities (Kaunas, Liepaja, Skopje, Aveiro, Valladolid, Lublin, Venice, Rouen, Ceske Budejovice, Oulu, Regensburg), a member of the Croatian Association of Visual Artists (HDLU), or a Ukrainian artist via Lviv Art Council 'Dialog'.
