Call for Artists: CICA Contemporary Art Solo Show Series Spring 2026

About the Open Call

CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in the Contemporary Art Solo Show Series and the publication. Each selected artist will have a solo exhibition for a week (Wednesday – Sunday) in the gallery space (around 44m2) between January and June 2026. The artists will also be featured in the e-book, “CICA Art Now 2026,” which will be available via Amazon Kindle with an expected publication date of August 1, 2026. Selected artists will be notified by email between September 10 – 30, 2025.

What is Offered

A one-week solo exhibition in the CICA Museum gallery space (around 44m2) and inclusion in the e-book “CICA Art Now 2026” (available via Amazon Kindle).

Requirements

This opportunity is open to artists worldwide. Applicants must submit up to 10 JPG portfolio images (100-700 kilobytes per image recommended) and/or up to 3 direct links to video/web/interactive art, along with an artist statement and bio. The artist is responsible for the shipment and delivery of their work to and from CICA Museum, as well as all related expenses.
