About the Open Call

CICA Museum invites experimental film makers and artists worldwide to participate in the CICA Experimental Film and Video Exhibition 2026. We accept single-channel experimental films, video art, and animations. Installation: We will provide projectors and DVD/DIVX players for the show. Multiple single-channel works will be screened through a projector. If the work is required to be screened through a projector exclusively, or more than two projectors/monitors are needed, please indicate the special requirements in the submission email. Additional fees may apply. Timeline: August 8, 2025 Close Submissions. August 10 – 25, 2025 Approvals: Selected artists will be notified by email. March 25 – April 12, 2026 Exhibition Dates. The dates are subject to change.
