Call for Artists: Lovejoy Pool

About the Open Call

The Lovejoy Pool Iron Island Mural Project seeks to transform the east-facing exterior wall of the pool building (approx. 30 ft. x 150 ft.) into a vibrant landmark honoring the community's railroad heritage. The commission is $31,800, which covers design fees, materials, surface prep, installation, and equipment. The project is open to individual artists and collaborative teams.

Requirements

Experience as a muralist or relevant creative discipline. Preference given to artists residing in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Niagara, and Wyoming counties, or the Native nations sharing this geography.
