About the Open Call

ITSLIQUID Group is pleased to announce the open call for the 16th edition of ROME INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2025, an international exhibition of photography, painting, video art, installation/sculpture and performance art, which will take place in Rome, at ITSLIQUID Art Space – Rome from September 19 to October 02, 2025. ROME INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2025 analyses the relationship between body and space, and the hybridisation between identities and cultural/physical/social/urban settings in contemporary times, through two main sections: MIXING IDENTITIES and FUTURE LANDSCAPES. MIXING IDENTITIES analyses the hidden parts of our identities through an immersive experience inside the fascinating universe of the complex labyrinths of our consciousness. The human body is a changing system that connects us with other bodies and spaces to perceive the surrounding reality; a strong communication system with its own language and infinite ways of expression. FUTURE LANDSCAPES are abstract, infinite and conceptual, associated with a sense of freedom and infinite extension. Primarily experienced with the mind, spaces redefine their limits and borders, transforming surfaces into an open flow of pure ideas. This section focuses on the concept of the borders and the structures between body, mind and soul, the human identity and the city, the space and the ground. Since 2001, ITSLIQUID Group has organized over 350 international events, engaging more than 10,000 artists across over 60 global venues. Its initiatives have featured prestigious museums and galleries. ITSLIQUID Group continues to shape international art experiences, building a solid platform to exhibit, grow, and gain visibility within contemporary culture, while supporting and promoting the creative journey of each participant. Our projects are designed to encourage dialogue and experimentation, offering space for both emerging and established talents.

What is Offered

exhibition space managed by art professionals; assisting with customs formalities, international shipping and local transport; assisting in finding accommodation; the design and printing of invitation cards, posters; the global and local press office, publicity, press, banners, totem, etc.; the realisation of the exhibition website and dedicated press releases; mounting and dismounting of the exhibition; exhibitions opening event.

Requirements

Artists, photographers, video makers, and performers are invited to submit their works. Participation is open to artists, architects and designers, associate groups and studios.
