CALL FOR ARTISTS: VENICE INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2025

About the Open Call

ITSLIQUID Group, in collaboration with ACIT Venice – Italian-German Cultural Association, announces the open call for the 22nd edition of VENICE INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2025. The event will be held in Venice at Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello and other prestigious venues from September 17 to September 29, 2025, concurrently with the 19th Venice Biennale of Architecture. The fair explores the relationship between body and space, and the hybridization between identities and cultural/physical/social/urban contexts in contemporary times, through two main sections: LIQUID ROOMS (analyzing hidden parts of identities through immersive experiences in consciousness) and FUTURE LANDSCAPES (focusing on boundaries and structures between body, mind, soul, human identity, and the city). ITSLIQUID Group has organized over 350 international events since 2001, engaging over 10,000 artists across 60 global venues, and has partnered with prestigious museums and organizations like Sedition to feature renowned artists like Bill Viola and Refik Anadol. This opportunity offers high-level exposure for young, mid-career, and renowned artists. The venue, Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello, is a historical 16th-century Renaissance building managed by ACIT Venice, known for its cultural activities and collaborations with institutions like the Goethe Institute. ITSLIQUID aims to make contemporary art accessible and provide a platform for artists to exhibit, grow, and gain visibility.

What is Offered

The participation includes the following services: exhibition space managed by art professionals, assistance with customs formalities, international shipping and local transport, assistance in finding accommodation, design and printing of invitation cards/posters, global and local press office/publicity/press/banners/totem, realization of the exhibition website and dedicated press releases, mounting and dismounting of the exhibition, and exhibitions opening event.

Requirements

Participation is open to artists, photographers, video makers, performers, architects, designers, associate groups, and studios. The number of works that can be submitted is unlimited.
