Call for Expressions of Interest for Independent National and International Experts for the Evaluation of Project Proposals

About the Open Call

The Foundation “Skopje – European Capital of Culture 2028” is launching an Open Call for Expressions of Interest for the selection of independent national and international experts – evaluators, to establish the Register of Independent Experts – Evaluators of Skopje 2028. Selected experts will be engaged to conduct independent, objective, professional and impartial evaluations of project proposals submitted under the programme lines and public calls for the implementation of the artistic and cultural programme of “Skopje 2028”. Areas of expertise include contemporary and visual arts, performing arts, music, film, digital/new media, literature, heritage, architecture, design, and cultural management.

What is Offered

Inclusion in the Register of Independent Experts – Evaluators. Selected experts will be engaged per project call; inclusion does not guarantee an employment relationship or specific assignments.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; excellent written and spoken English language skills; ability to work with digital tools; professional independence; no conflict of interest.
