Call to Artists: Collage in Practice Workshop

About the Open Call

Participants in this workshop will explore how to make art and put it out into the world. The curriculum covers goal setting, professional development, collage theory, sourcing materials, copyright, appropriation, and presentation. Participants will finish with a deeper understanding of their practice, a strong statement of practice, a portfolio plan, and tools for growth.

What is Offered

Four-week intensive workshop featuring guided instruction on professionalizing a collage practice, including feedback and development of a statement of practice.

Requirements

The workshop is intended for self-motivated artists, at any stage in their career, who want to develop and expand their collage-based artist practice.
