About the Open Call

Cicek Artist Prize: Celebrating Emerging Artists. The Cicek Artist Prize is an annual program hosted by Cicek Gallery, dedicated to discovering and celebrating emerging artists from all backgrounds. This initiative aims to provide artists with a platform to showcase their talents, gain recognition, and further their creative journeys. By entering the competition, artists have the chance to win significant cash prizes and other opportunities, including exhibitions, mentorship, and promotion through Cicek Gallery. Program Structure: The Cicek Prize features three main awards: 1. Gold Prize: £5,000 cash prize, a solo exhibition with Cicek Gallery, and one-year mentorship support. 2. Silver Prize: £3,000 cash prize and a group exhibition opportunity with other represented artists. 3. Bronze Prize: £1,000 cash prize and promotion through Cicek Gallery's digital platforms.

What is Offered

Requirements

Open to emerging artists aged 18 and above. Artists working in all mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, and mixed media. Applications are open to individuals from all backgrounds, nationalities, and levels of formal training. Application fee: £25 per submission.
