About the Open Call

Connect & Create aims to renew and strengthen cultural ties between sub-Saharan Africa and the European Union. Support includes circulation of performing arts, professional mobility for delegates, and skills enhancement for professionals. Special attention is given to projects supporting youth, emerging scenes, and eco-responsibility.

What is Offered

Project support for mobility, international co-production, professional meetings, and skills enhancement.

Requirements

Applicants must be based in one of the 48 countries of sub-Saharan Africa or one of the 27 member countries of the European Union.
