The Course for Non-Curators is an experimental advanced graduate programme that explores the future of art through the intersection of philosophy, technology, ecology, design, education, and social research. The curriculum is organized into seven study trajectories: Time, Fieldwork, Language, Materiality & Embodiment, Speculative Platforms, Alt-Economy, and Instituting. Participants will engage in lectures, seminars, workshops, and project development to create experimental 'non-exhibitions'. The course is designed for artists, curators, researchers, educators, designers, and cultural producers.
Participants receive a Certificate in Expanded Curatorial Practice and the opportunity for selected projects to be realized with partner institutions between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
Applicants are required to submit an application form, CV, and a statement of interest. Prospective students are encouraged to apply early for a series of geographically-based tuition awards available to those who apply before 28 October.
Submit a completed application form, a Curriculum Vitae (max 3 pages), a Statement of Interest (max 1000 words), and an optional portfolio via the online form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSep-Lz-DEjSCFbIJ7clbHdABZErGqYMiFtKetP65X6oNBS4sw/viewform?usp=header
