CreArt
CreArt (Network of Cities for Artistic Creation) is a network of European cities promoting creativity and the impact of visual arts. Regensburg, a city in Bavaria, Germany, characterized by its medieval town centre and its location along the Danube River, is launching a new program: RAiR - Regensburg Arts in Residence. This program offers two charming, newly renovated studio apartments in a historic house in the heart of Regensburg's old town, directly on the Stone Bridge. The studio apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a living/working studio area, suitable for artists with families. Accommodation is paid by the City of Regensburg. Artists are free in their artistic work and are welcome to engage with the city. The residency includes an artist talk and concludes with a final exhibition in the public space “neunkubikmeter.”
Accommodation is paid by the City of Regensburg. Grant: 1000 € per month (+ refund up to 400 € for material and production costs, + refund up to 400 € for travel costs).
Born or resident in one of the cities in the project network: Kaunas (Lithuania), Liepaja (Latvia), Skopje (North Macedonia), Aveiro (Portugal), Valladolid (Spain), Lublin (Poland), Venice (Italy), Clermont-Ferrand and Rouen (France), České Budějovice (Czech Republic) and Oulu (Finland). Member of HDLU (Croatian Association of Visual Artists). Ukrainian artists through our collaboration with Public Organisation Lviv Artistic Council «Dialogue».
