This workshop is designed for artists facing burnout, creative blocks, or stagnation. Each session builds upon the previous, weaving together subjective awareness, listening practices, and creative exercises. Whether you're feeling stuck, lost, or simply uninspired, this workshop invites you to explore listening not just as a skill, but as a creative lifeline. Pulling from deep listening, artistic process philosophies, and personal storytelling, this is a space for revival especially for those working in sound or interdisciplinary practices. It is a workshop for stuck creatives of any discipline, using Listening as a way to overcome some of that blockage.

What is Offered

Five-part live online workshop with Claire Rousay, including individual tuition, feedback sessions, and post-workshop support (mentorship, performance, and publication opportunities).
