Daisy Lane provides a newly renovated, light-filled space featuring letterpress, printmaking, and book arts equipment. The residency supports artists working in book arts, letterpress, silkscreen, Risograph, and other related forms. Residents have studio access from 8 AM-10 PM daily, plus housing in a nearby private apartment. The program is designed to support the creative process by providing space, equipment, and time.
Residents receive studio space, housing in a one-bedroom apartment, and a weekly expense account for the BIMA Bistro.
Artists are selected based on conceptual creativity, technical knowledge, and familiarity with at least one of the studio offerings. Traditional and new technologies are encouraged.
Applications are submitted through the official portal at https://www.biartmuseum.org/daisy-lane/; application fees can be waived.
