Dance Makers: UPLIFT 2026

About the Open Call

UPLIFT is a residency programme seeking three dance artists or companies to develop new or unfinished work. Selected artists receive £2000, four weeks of free studio space, mentorship from Company Chameleon's creative team, and the chance to perform 20 minutes of work at the November Scratch Night. Open to all movement styles and career stages, with a priority for artists from the North West of England and marginalized communities.

Requirements

Artists must be based in the North West of England. Must be available for the performance date on 21 November 2026. Applicants must select one of the three residency date blocks.
