About the Open Call
Making Weather is a three-day artist-to-artist lab focusing on climate, care, and young audiences. The sessions involve embodied warm-ups, story-gathering walks, object improvisations using recycled materials, and reflective circles. It aims to foster agency in young audiences and prototype low-carbon performance practices that are imaginative and ethical. The lab includes an optional outdoor micro-sharing on the final day.
What is Offered
Access to a three-day peer learning lab, co-created choreographic scores, facilitation tools, networking with local artists in East Anglia, and an optional public micro-sharing opportunity.
Requirements
Artists must be interested in ecology, youth-led participatory practices, and outdoor arts. This opportunity is specifically open to artists working in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Peterborough.
