DRIFT 2026 Annual Juried Open + Awards Exhibition

About the Open Call

DRIFT 2026 is a juried exhibition open to all mediums, including 2D and 3D works. Accepted artists will have their work displayed at BAU Gallery from August 7 to September 6, 2026. Awards for selected artists include a solo show in Gallery I or a joint two-person show in Gallery II for the 2027 calendar year. Submissions must be ready for hanging, under 36 inches in any direction, and under specific weight limits (25 lbs for wall art, 60 lbs for 3D). All work must be delivered in person by the artist or a proxy; no shipping is accepted.

What is Offered

First Prize: Solo Show in 2027. Second Prizes: Joint two-person show in 2027. Media coverage and gallery exhibition opportunity.

Requirements

Works must be ready to hang or install, meet size/weight constraints, and have a value under $7,000. No grid displays allowed. Work must be dropped off and picked up in person at the gallery.

How to Apply

Submit via the official Jotform application page, including personal details, image uploads, and piece descriptions. Images must be named with the format: last name_title_year_medium_price.jpg and must not exceed 2 MB.
