eidolon centre for Everyday Photography
The eidolon Grant 2026 is an international grant program for projects which explore, promote and conserve vernacular photography. Applications can be made under two categories: Contemporary everyday photographic cultures and Everyday photographs of the past. A total of 25,000 EUR will be distributed among chosen projects, which may include essays, books, multimedia artworks, documentaries, exhibitions, and workshops.
A total of 25,000 EUR is available to be distributed among winners.
Applicants must provide basic personal information, a project title, category, and output type. Materials include an abstract (max 2,000 characters), a short CV and project overview (single PDF, max 3 pages, 10 MB), a detailed project description (PDF, max 10 pages, 10 MB), a completed budget template, and a signed consent letter if collaborating with external institutions.
