About the Open Call
Emergency 26 is a public micro-festival and open submission platform taking place at Contact, Manchester. Seeking proposals for live art, contemporary performance, time-based media, and interdisciplinary arts. Daytime works include durational, installation, and intervention pieces; evening works include show-type performances (max 20 min). Includes opportunities for peer review and selection for Works Ahead commissions.
What is Offered
Each selected piece receives an honorarium of £200. Discretionary travel contributions available for artists outside Greater Manchester.
Requirements
Artists working in Live Art, contemporary performance, time-based media, and interdisciplinary arts. Some live presence is desirable.
