About the Open Call
From March to December 2026, the EMMpower Mentorship programme will support music managers with long-term, structured mentoring. Participants receive one-to-one mentoring, expert-led workshops, peer learning, and access to a strong pan-European network. The programme is designed to connect experienced managers with a new generation of professionals to develop skills and professional confidence.
What is Offered
One-to-one mentoring, expert-led workshops, peer learning, and access to a pan-European network.
Requirements
Experienced music managers can apply to act as mentors. Early- and mid-stage music managers can apply as mentees. Applicants should be based in Europe.
