Europasinfonie Composers Competition

About the Open Call

Europasinfonie is seeking new works for a large symphony orchestra or symphony orchestra with choir. The project utilizes cutting-edge low-latency technology to connect twelve ensembles across Europe. Three winning composers will receive a commission of €14,000 gross each, with world premieres taking place in Dresden in June 2027. Submissions must be anonymous and consist of a score excerpt of at least 2 minutes.

Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of a Creative Europe eligible country. Works must be written for the full instrumentation specified in the call. Submissions must be anonymous.
