Europe and Beyond cultural mobility programme

About the Open Call

The programme aims to provide international visibility, networking, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals active in the opera, music, and dance education fields. Successful applicants will receive either full registration support or registration plus a €575 travel contribution. Eligible countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.

What is Offered

Up to five grants covering free conference registration and €575 for travel/accommodation; up to ten grants for free conference registration.

Requirements

Must be a resident of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey or Ukraine; active in opera, music or dance education; at least 2 years of professional experience; never been a RESEO member or attendee; proficient in English; available for in-person attendance October 15-17, 2026.
