MAKE Southwest
Under the Tree is an annual exhibition at the Jubilee Gallery at MAKE Southwest, providing a curated, festive shopping experience for gift buyers. The show features a wide variety of craft disciplines from makers across the UK, offering an alternative to high street shopping. Proceeds from sales support the organization's craft education programs. The exhibition runs from 24 October 2026 to 9 January 2027.
Selected artists will have their work displayed in a professionally curated exhibition at an Arts Council funded gallery with high annual footfall. Artists benefit from the organization's national brand, marketing support, and social media reach.
Applicants must be UK-based designer-makers. Work must be ready for display in a professional gallery space. Makers are expected to be available for delivery/collection of work and to participate in the promotion of the exhibition.
Applications must be submitted via the online Jotform link provided on the website. Requirements include name, trading name, contact details, artist CV, artist statement, retail prices (inclusive of 50% commission), a description of best sellers, and 6 high-quality images of work.
