FACES OF LOVE

About the Open Call

LUMEN ART invites artists worldwide to participate in 'FACES OF LOVE,' a unique contest inspired by Prof. Dr. Yelda Özsunar's upcoming book 'LOVE HEALS.' Artists are invited to explore 21 different aspects of love (including Divine, Self-Love, Romantic, Family, Nature, Creativity, and more) through deeply emotional, poetic, powerful, or subtle artistic interpretations. Formats accepted include painting, photography, digital art, and mixed media. Awards include a Front Cover Award for the book, 21 Chapter Awards with artworks accompanying each chapter, and recognition for 20 Finalists. All winning artworks will be showcased on the Lumen Art Gallery website and social media channels in the Winner's Gallery. This is an opportunity to become part of a published international tribute where literature and visual art meet.

What is Offered

One extraordinary piece will be chosen for the front cover of the book 'LOVE HEALS.' Each of the 21 chapters in the book will be accompanied by a carefully selected artwork. 20 finalists will be recognized. All winning artworks will be showcased on the Lumen Art Gallery website and Social Media Channels in the Winner's Gallery. This is a chance to become part of a published international tribute to love.

Requirements

Artists worldwide are invited to participate. Accepted formats include painting, photography, digital art, and mixed media. Submissions should be inspired by the theme '21 Faces of Love,' exploring the different categories of love as described in Prof. Dr. Yelda Özsunar's book. Participation is free; however, selected artists are required to pay a proceeding fee of 40€.
