City of Richmond Hill
The selected Artist in Residence will create one interior, hand-painted mural in the Cultural Centre boardroom and two complementary exterior street-pole banners. The residency includes studio access at the Cultural Centre, an artist fee, and an approved production budget. Artists are required to conduct at least two community workshops or open studio sessions.

Applicants must be 18+, a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident, and legally able to work in Canada. The program is open to emerging, mid-career, and established professional artists. Richmond Hill and York Region-based artists are encouraged to apply.
