About the Open Call
MFA seeks creative work using natural or synthetic textiles and/or fabric as a medium for artistic expression. Mixed media work incorporating textiles or textile techniques such as weaving or embroidery are also encouraged. Work that is simply a depiction of fiber art will not be accepted. The exhibition is blind juried. Accepted works will be on display from October 28 – November 21, 2026.
What is Offered
Awards totaling $1000 and exhibition in the Circle Gallery.
Requirements
Artists must reside in the US, Canada, or Mexico. Maximum of 6 original works created within the past 3 years. Work must incorporate textiles. Maximum size 72 inches. Work must be for sale.
