About the Open Call

The 9th edition of Hotel Generation, titled 'REBOOT: Recoding Reality', invites emerging digital artists to propose work that reimagines equitable futures and technological agency. Four selected artists will participate in a skills-focused development programme featuring online curatorial mentorship, a technical consultation, and a London-based intensive weekend. Participants receive a stipend to develop their exhibition proposals, with one artist selected for a fully-realised solo exhibition at arebyte Digital Art Centre in 2027.

What is Offered

£1,000 stipend for research/equipment, online mentorship, expenses-covered London weekend (April 24-25, 2026), and a solo exhibition for the winner.

Requirements

Must be aged 18-28 at the time of submission, living in the UK, not currently enrolled in university, and available to visit London on April 24-25, 2026.
