About the Open Call
Hupstate Circus Festival seeks innovative and diverse circus shows to perform in Ithaca, NY from September 4-7, 2026. Submissions are sought for shows performed outside for a family audience and shows performed inside for any age group. Guaranteed stipends will be provided based on the performance submission, with artists asked to set their fees and be open to negotiation. Housing is also provided.
