Requirements

Applicants must: Be a Maryland resident Be at least 18 years old Demonstrate a history of producing original artwork Application Requirements Proposed projects must not already be completed Performance projects must be open to the public without discrimination Public art sites must be accessible to persons with disabilities Any major project changes must be reported in writing to the Arts Council If a funded project is cancelled, grant funds must be returned Performance-based projects must provide four complimentary tickets to the Arts Council All promotional materials must acknowledge the Somerset County Arts Council and Maryland State Arts Council A final report, including documentation materials, must be submitted within 30 days of project completion
