Requirements

interlaced.tv is open to video artists worldwide. Submissions must incorporate analog video technology at some point in the production process. Premier status is not required. We accept works in short non-narrative experimental, animation and video art forms. Submitted video must have a length between 1 and 29 minutes. Multiple entries are welcome. You must hold full copyright ownership of all submitted materials, including music, visuals, and any third-party content. By submitting, you confirm that all necessary permissions have been obtained. English subtitles are not required for non-English films.
