About the Open Call
The Jaffee & Hall Emerging Choreographer Award honors the creative leadership of Cherri Jaffee and Ginger Hall. The winner receives a $6,000 choreographic fee for a 12-15 minute work, a two-week residency, and coverage for travel, per diem, and accommodations. Eligibility requires being at least 21, ability to work in the US, and previous professional commission experience. The residency takes place in November/December 2026, with the production period in February 2027.
